From Hwy. 401/403/407, go north on Hwy. 410 to the very end
Hwy. 410 becomes Hwy. 10 (Hurontario St.)
Continue north on Hwy. 10 to the very end
(Pass through Mono Mills, Caledon, and Orangeville)
Go west on Hwy. 89 (you will see Beer Store, Esso Gas and Tim Hortons) on your left side
Go north on Dufferin Road 124 for 15-18 minutes
(Pass by very large turbine windmills-one set on the left, then a second set on the right)
Drive past Melanchthon Sideroads 5, 10, 17, and 21 and Redickville & Honeywood
There is a stone church on the left. And you will pass 30th Melanchthon Sideroad, from there, drive one mile on 124.
The gravel road is at the bottom of a valley-slow down. You will see a large pond on your right-hand side and the road states, “No exit”, that is Melanchthon – Nottawasaga Line.
If you see a sign that reads “Welcome to Grey/Simcoe County” or get to County Road #9, you’ve gone too far.
The property is the 3rd driveway on the right with a big, black US Post mailbox and the house #825468
Park on one side of the road and caution, don’t go too far into the ditches, they are steep.
From the NORTH (Collingwood, Wasaga Beach or Owen Sound)
Travel south on Hurontario St., which turns into Dufferin Road 124
After County Road #9, you will pass Maple Valley, a tractor company on the left.
Ahead, you will see the turbine windmills on your left.
Pass by Mad Maples Inn (pink house on left) and begin to slow down. You will be leaving Grey County and entering Dufferin County. Unfortunately, the sign is after the Melancthon-Nottawasaga Line road.
The property is two miles south of County Road #9.
CAUTION: We are 5 km away and when you approach the valley, it will be difficult to turn left with cars coming south and cars coming from behind. We recommend if you miss the turn, to come back to ensure your safety and that of others.
Drive down into the valley, where you will see the Melancthon-Nottawasaga Line road that is gravel and says “No exit”.
The property is the 3rd driveway on the right with a big, black US Post mailbox and the house #825468
